Our award winning design for the Zetland Court Apartments, was constructed in the prestigious Saltburn-by-the-Sea Conservation Area. We undertook both the architectural and structural design for project, which is situated immediately to the rear of the former Zetland Hotel. Due to its proximity to other historic buildings, the Planning Permission process and design development were particularly complex. The structural design of the mansard roof was innovative and allowed for the upper storey to be open plan.
