The Black Swan Pub required extensive refurbishment and modernisation. To achieve this, we designed a new ground floor layout, which included the removal of several internal walls, the lowering of a section of the floor, and the addition of a rear extension. These alterations allowed for a large open bar area to be created. As the building was listed, the design had to be carefully developed in order to meet the requirements of both the client and the Planning Authority.
