To achieve a first floor extension to the Seaview Restaurant, it was necessary to remove columns forming the original rear elevation and extend with a steel frame over a flat open air balcony area. The overall design was carried out by Derek Brough, with the design and detailing of the steelwork being carried out by ourselves.

The extension gives a larger open plan first floor area to the existing restaurant, and provides breathtaking views out over the beach and nearby pier.
